Repiping is generally Replacing all hot and cold water lines and new shut off valves and angle stops on all fixtures. We go this with either traditional copper or aquapex which is a relatively new material that expands when freezes and contracts when when it thaws.. It has a limited warranty for 25 years but only valid if installed by a certified installer and void if not.
